01Scope

This policy applies to our websites on tmkch.io and its subdomains, and to the shared support form handled at api.tmkch.io.

For data handled inside an individual app, see that app's own privacy policy on its brand site.

02What we collect

Simply browsing the site does not give us any personal information. We collect the following only when you submit the support form.

• Your name (optional — the form can be sent without it)
• A reply-to email address
• Your message
• The selected app, enquiry type, and display language
• A randomly generated reference ID and the submission time
• A random device identifier kept in your browser's local storage for rate limiting

03How we use it

We use it to reply, to investigate and fix problems, to improve the apps and this site, and to prevent abuse or bulk submissions. We do not use it for anything else.

We do not run advertising on it, and we do not share it with third parties for profiling.

04Processors we rely on

We use the following services to receive and deliver support enquiries. Each processes information under its own privacy policy.

• Cloudflare, Inc. (Workers and rate limiting — the runtime for this site and the support API)
• Resend (email delivery of your enquiry)

05How long we keep it

Enquiries are not written to a dedicated database; they arrive as email. We keep those messages for up to three years so we can follow up and avoid repeating a problem, then delete them.

The device identifier used for rate limiting can be removed at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

06Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies, and carries no analytics or advertising tags.

The support form stores the device identifier described above in your browser's local storage. It is not a cookie, and it is used only to limit how often the form can be sent.

07Disclosure, correction, and deletion

On request, we will disclose, correct, add to, delete, or stop using the personal information we hold about you. Contact us through the support form or at support@tmkch.io; we respond without undue delay once we can confirm the request comes from you.

08Use by minors

If you are a minor, please get consent from a parent or guardian before using the support form.

09Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as the law or our practices change. Material changes are published on this page along with an updated date.
